RS Brown fused alumina 98% is a new corundum product used to solve the problems in the process of the traditional Brown fused alumina 98% replacing the white fused alumina and tabular alumina according to the practical needs of refractory manufacturers and practical experience, which is jointly developed by the co***ny and Luoyang Institute of Refractories. With high-purity alumina bauxite as main raw materials, RS Brown fused alumina 98% is made by a special technique in electric arc furnaces with high temperature above 2300℃ and refining with longer time.It is characterized by high temperature resistance, corrosion and erosion resistance, low apparent porosity and stable thermal stability performance¡£
It solves such problems as bursting, crazing and pulverising in the process of Brown fused alumina 98% replacing aluminum-oxygen based corundums such as white fused alumina. RS Brown fused alumina 98% is the ideal product which can substitute white fused alumina, co***ct fused alumina and tabular alumina in China .
RS Brown fused alumina 98% sand (Barmac plastic) and micropowder (acid washing) produced by Rui Shi plant is characterized by without bursting, without pulverising and high
